These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website. All images and illustrations on this website are the property of ISAK. Any infringement of intellectual property law will be prosecuted.
Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact us by e-mail, this is our preferred method of contact as we are sometimes out of the office but we are most often available via e-mail. You can also call us on 01903 366968 between 9am-5pm. Please note that all calls will be charged at the local rate (BT users only, other network charges may vary).
Goods will be dispatched within 3-7 days of the payment being cleared unless otherwise arranged with ISAK. If an item is momentarily out of stock and delivery times a little longer we will inform you via e-mail.
Delivery charges will be applied dependent on the size of order.
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
We endeavour to provide beautiful, happy products and we hope you love your new purchases. However, we offer a no-quibble returns policy on all our products, whatever the reason - even if you have just changed your mind. All we ask is that you return the goods to us within two weeks, with a note giving us the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please could you retain a Certificate of Posting.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
In the case of faulty goods, we will reimburse you in full (the cost of the product and postage). In the case of non-faulty goods, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product only. Please ensure that these are returned unused and in their original condition (including the packaging). Please send all returns to: ISAK, 17 Hazel Grove, Arundel, West Sussex, BN18 9JD, England.
Products we are unable to refund or exchange: We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made-to measure/order or bespoke products unless they are faulty.
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. We do not charge for returns. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
Payments are processed through PayPal, a completely secure, well-trusted online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. For details regarding Paypal visit www.paypal.com.
If you would like to pay by cheque, e-mail or phone your order in and make your cheque payable to Sandra Isaksson Graphic Design & Illustration and send it to ISAK, 9 Woodview, Arundel, West Sussex, BN18 9ED.
Retail prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate. Your order will be excluded from VAT if you place the order from outside the EU.

All our wooden products are partly hand made and the print on our cups is applied by hand and small imperfections might occur.
Postage is weight based, starting at £ 2.50 with Royal Mail. The cost of postage will be shown on the check-out page prior to submitting your order.
We aim to despatch orders within 3-7 working days. Please let us know if you require your item(s) sooner.
How to be an ISAK retailer.
Firstly – send us an e-mail! State your interest and tell us a little about your shop and we will contact you with information.
We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible but please allow up to 28 days for delivery from placing your order. Items in stock will usually be sent out sooner. We will let you know of any delays or if an item is not in stock and if delivery times might be longer.
We use DHL for most of our orders. When the shipment is sent we will supply you with a tracking number. Delivery charges will be applied dependent on the size of the order.
VAT will be added to the order cost at the standard rate for UK customers. For customers within the EU, who can provide us with a VAT-number we will not add VAT. For overseas customers outside the EU, no VAT will apply.
For your first order with us payment should be made within 8-10 days of receipt of invoice unless otherwise arranged with ISAK. Shipments will not be sent until payment is received. For existing customers we allow up to 28 days before payment. If an order has not been paid within these 30 days we apply a penalty charge of 13%. ISAK reserves the right to refuse orders.
We will invoice you via email and enclose a printed invoice with your shipment.
Preferred payment is via a BACS bank transfer. UK customers can pay by cheque. For overseas customers we accept payment through PayPal, to an additional cost of 3.6%.
If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
