Privacy policy

At Isak we work hard to create products for a beautiful happy home. On isak.co.uk, we publish information about our company, news and blog features, and run an online shop where we sell both regular Isak products and unique, shop-only items.

You can find our contact and company information at the end of this page, or on our contact page. Additionally we have a page detailing our terms & conditions. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing the highest possible quality of service.

This privacy notice provides you with details of how we collect and process your personal data on isak.co.uk.

How we collect information about you, what information we collect and for what reason

When using isak.co.uk, we collect information about you in different ways. Often you can decide what information to provide, but some of it is required in order to fully access our services.

When you place an order in our shop, we collect billing details, as well as shipping details if these are different from billing. These include name, address, telephone number, email and optional account information like username and password. You also have the option to add delivery instructions and gift card comments. In the checkout process, you can opt to use these details to create an account, for a quicker checkout process in the future, but this is not a requirement.

We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your account and order
  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Set up your account for our store

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.

We provide payment options through Sage Pay and PayPal. These providers process payment for your order on their servers and in this process, we send them the relevant order details, including your personal details above. After payment processing, they send back a payment status. We do not track or store your card- or payment processor account details.
