How to be an ISAK retailer
Firstly – send us an e-mail! State your interest and tell us a little about your shop and we will contact you with information.

The Isak brand has a strong identity and ethos. If these match your position as a retailer then we are keen to get in touch. Please contact us directly at the Isak studio.

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 days for delivery from placing your order. We will let you know of any delays or when delivery times might be longer due to out of stock items.

When your order has been dispatched we will supply you with a tracking number. Delivery charges will be applied dependent on the size of the order.

VAT will be added to the order cost at the standard rate for UK customers. For customers within the EU, who can provide us with a VAT-number we will not add VAT. For overseas customers outside the EU, no VAT will apply.

Payment terms
For your first order we will ask for payment in advance and you will be sent a pro forma invoice. Subsequent orders will be given 30 day payment terms.

For existing customers we allow up to 30 days before payment. If an order has not been paid within 30 days we apply a penalty charge of 13%. ISAK reserves the right to refuse orders.

We will invoice you via email and enclose a delivery note with your shipment. Preferred payment is via a BACS bank transfer. UK customers can pay by cheque. For overseas customers we accept payment through PayPal, to an additional cost of 3.6%.

If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
