Welcome to the isak.co.uk website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. All images and illustrations on this website are the property of ISAK. Any infringement of intellectual property law will be prosecuted.

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact us by e-mail. This is our preferred method of contact as we are sometimes out of the office but we are most often available via e-mail. You can also call us on 01903 366968 between 9am-5pm Mon to Fri. Please note that all calls will be charged at the local rate (BT users only, other network charges may vary).

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of the payment being cleared unless otherwise arranged with ISAK. Please let us know if you require your item(s) sooner. If an item is momentarily out of stock and delivery times are a little longer we will inform you via e-mail.

Postage is weight based, starting at £4.99 with Royal Mail. The cost of postage will be shown on the check-out page prior to submitting your order.

Return Policy

We endeavour to provide beautiful, happy products and we hope you love your new purchases. However, we offer a no-quibble returns policy on most of our products (see exclusions below). All we ask is that you return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt, with a note giving us the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please could you retain a Certificate of Posting as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition in it’s original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

In the case of faulty/damaged goods please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

If you decline a replacement for any faulty/damaged goods, we will reimburse you in full (the cost of the product and postage). We reserve the right to ask for proof of any damage/faults. In the case of non-faulty goods, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product only.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange:

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made-to measure or bespoke products unless they are faulty.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.

Payment

Payments are processed through Sagepay, a completely secure, well-trusted online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. You can also pay using Paypal. For details regarding Sagepay visit www.sagepay.com.

VAT

Retail prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate.

Your order will be excluded from VAT if you place the order from outside the EU.

Disclaimer

All our wooden products are partly hand made and the print on our cups and enamels are applied by hand and small imperfections might occur.
